You choose how you pay. Monthly billing stays flexible with no commitment. The annual commitment plan lowers your monthly rate in exchange for a 12-month term, billed monthly. The annual prepaid plan gives the deepest discount when you pay for the year upfront. If your team size changes mid-cycle, we prorate the adjustment automatically so you never overpay.

Yes. You can start with the Free plan, which gives you access to basic CRM features and up to 500 contacts with no time limit. If you want to explore paid features like sourcing credits and outreach sequences, both the Starter and Professional plans come with a 7-day free trial that includes full access to every feature. This lets you test the platform thoroughly before making a commitment.
When your 7-day trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan to keep using premium features, or you can stay on the Free plan with no obligation. All your data, including candidate profiles, outreach sequences, and notes, remains intact regardless of your decision. You will not lose any work. If you decide to upgrade later, everything will be exactly where you left it, so there is no pressure to decide immediately.
You can switch between Starter and Professional at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you keep access to the higher plan features until then. There are no penalties or lock-in contracts.
Credits are used to reveal a candidate's verified contact information, such as their professional email address or phone number. Each time you unlock a candidate's details, one credit is consumed. Starter users receive 100 credits per user per month, and Professional users receive 300 credits per user per month. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you run out before the cycle ends, you can purchase additional credit packs directly from your dashboard without changing your plan.
It depends on the billing option you pick. Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. The annual commitment plan runs for 12 months and is billed monthly at a lower rate, so it suits teams that want a predictable budget without paying a full year upfront. To set up an annual commitment, you book a quick call with our sales team to sign the contract. The annual prepaid plan is paid once for the year and gives the deepest discount; if you cancel it, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual plans on teams of five or more users, we can also arrange payment by bank transfer or invoice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you will receive a detailed invoice by email after each charge. You can manage your billing details and download past invoices from your account settings at any time.
Yes. You can add new users to your team at any time from your admin dashboard. Each additional user is billed at the same per-user rate as your current plan, prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If a team member leaves, you can remove their seat and the adjustment will be reflected in your next invoice. There is no limit to how many users you can add on paid plans.
